Brighton and Sussex Medical School topped the 2020 National Survey for overall student satisfaction whereas the University of St Andrews, who topped the survey last year, finished runner-up for 2020, with the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama, Writtle University College and the University of Law rounding off the top five.
Overall, 83% of the 311000 students from 396 institutions have responded that they were satisfied with the quality of their course.
Brighton and Sussex Medical School’s Dean Professor Malcolm Reed said “This year’s NSS results again reflect the very positive student experience of studying at BSMS, despite a very challenging few months for final year students, who had to finish early to join the NHS workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
